As you can see in the images our expert was correct, if this wasn’t corrected the property was in serious danger.
These issues occurred due to no felt installed and poor materials used to render,
The Ecoprotex team removed all external render and replaced all the corroded timbers with new treated timbers, we then insulated and installed a new breathable felt before installing waterproof render board with render mesh to be able to render on to correctly.
